i want to transcode ts stream using my nvidia tesla K10

I have installed the Nimble Streamer and i have followed the video tuto to create a transcoding profile that use the nvenc to transcode using my tesla K10 but i wasn't able to make it work .
can any one help me please to transcode the ts input using my tesla K10
