Multiple routes with the same link?

Jay 2015-04-27 18:55:59 UTC in Nimble Streamer

Hello,

My server HDD is full so I had to add a new one and I mounted it to /home2/
Reading the documentations, I've seen that nimble streamer support multiple routes, so I've edited rules.conf file, here is Routes:
"Routes":[{"host":"","path":"/vod/","origin":"file:///home/video/","origin_path":"/","use_ssl":"false","geo":"","range":""},{"host":"","path":"/vod/","origin":"file:///home2/video/","origin_path":"/","use_ssl":"false","geo":"","range":""}]

But the problem is that I get 404 error when I try to stream a file from /home2/ (using the same URL)

How can this be fixed?

Hello Jay,

Nimble Streamer allows many-to-one relationship between routes and physical location. This means that you can't map several paths to one URL. But you can map several URLs to one location.

For further Nimble Streamer support, we recommend subscribing to our services. Please a sign up for a trial account and make subscription. Also, take a look at this article https://wmspanel.com/nimble/tco
