We don't have any specific how-to for GoCoder. Try ones for Larix Broadcaster:

Yes to all your questions. Have not found a combination that connects for goencoder to nimble streamer. no big deal. thanks!

GoCoder might be locked to Wowza specifically.
May I ask - what didn't work for you in Larix? Are there any specific problems?
