hls problem by MPEGTS IN

Hello, I have a link in hls, it plays it well in vlc and larix player but when I enter it to the server through MPEGTS IN it does not connect, what is the problem?

Please take a look at /var/log/nimble/nimble.log file for any related errors first, the E: messages.
