VOD Download Resume capability

Hi,
I am implementing VOD content progressive download on our mobile devices (IOS and Android). I want to know if nimble streamer has resume capability while downloading VOD contents?? I know that nimble supports progressive download but due to change in nimble session ID, I am unable to resume VOD download at a later time after pausing it. Will removing Nimble Session ID let me resume VOD contents?? What can be the possible alternatives??

Sure, Nimble supports Range header, so you can resume download by adding it to request. Also you must request original URL without nimblesessionid (since if it already expired you will get 403 response) and add Range to redirected request with new nimblesessionid.
