Stream stopped working

I have a problem with stream out.
Source rtmp stream (rtmp://185.26.118.154:1935/live/live - it is possible to watch on VLC) is working,
in WMSPANEL it is set. Stream should be arround 3 Mbps, but input shows very low bitrate (less then 100 kbps).
I performed NImble server reboot, but no luck with that. Also, I created again application, Interface and Live pull settings. No changes. Everything was working fine for more then 1 year, but sudenly today it stops working. If there is some idea what can be a problem it will be very helpful.
