Republishing issue with Facebook

Hi there, it's almost 2 weeks I encountered a lag problem with the republishing of a stream to Facebook.
If I watch the stream with Facebook player, the video frequently stops like a buffering operation (but is not buffering) or little "jumps" happens (few times the audio is also desync with the video).
Any suggestions how to investigate and understand where the problem is?
Ps. the republishing to FB is active since 2 years, never had an issue.
