RTMP 1935 Cannot open tcp connection on viewers side

Villiam1 2019-11-20 22:33:51 UTC in Nimble Streamer

Hi,

I have established pull RTMP stream as input to Nimble streamer.
Interface is correct with correct port. Nimble streamer otput Live streams are visible and there is ws, rtsp, http URL`s. RTMP stream URL is present also, but it is not possible to watch in VLC, FFPLAY or any other player. Error is "Cannot open TCP connection". On Linux server port 1935 is open in firewall. I even performed Linux and NImble streamer reinstallation, but it did not help.

I know that this sound like port 1935 is not open but I double checked in firewall and it is open.

If anybody have some idea it will be great! Thanks !

Hello!
Well, your server available on port 1935 and hometest/live can be played.
Please check your logs at /var/log/nimble/nimble.log, and you will find the following error:
[2019-11-21 02:25:00 P2725-T2738] [rtmp] E: failed to bind to X.X.X.46:1936 s=29 errno=99
[2019-11-21 02:25:00 P2725-T2738] [rtmp] E: failed to bind rtmp socket
What is your RTMP source? It seems 1936 occupied by Nimble.
You also set 1940 as custom RTMP port, so all your RTMP links will use 1940 in WMSPalnel.

Please ask your question using the following URL https://wmspanel.com/help (section 3) to make our conversation more private, as it will reveal some sensitive information such as your server IP, etc.
