Hello,
Recently I have had to reboot my server and since then my loadbalancer server is showing stopped even though it's fully working.
Could you please tell me what happened?

Hello Kal,
This means that our agent stopped sending sync-ups for some reason. You need to re-start Wowza. If it stops again, please send us server error log as support@wmspanel.com.
You can also set up offline notification to be alerted when we stop getting sync-ups again for some reason: http://blog.wmspanel.com/2012/01/server-shutdown-notification.html
