Loop recording duration - Issue

Hey.

I have enabled the Loop recording duration feature in DVR with in the following parameters 5 days, 0 hours and 0 minutes on 1st December but today these old recordings older than five days have not been erased yet.
Did I misunderstand the functionality? I would like to recycle the space by deleting records days older than 5.

Nimble keeps specified duration for DVR archive, it not just deletes the content older that 5 days. i.e. if you record 12 hours per day it will keep recording 10 days old.

Excuse me, but I don't know if I understood correctly. This example 12 hours per day would be with which parameters? Should it delete the m4v files after all?

I mean that Nimble does not consider the date when content was recorded, when cleaning up DVR archive.

It is cleaned based on the current archive duration (which is set in "loop recording duration"), and archive is cleaned up only if duration is bigger than target duration.

You can use /manage/dvr/cleanup_archive Nimble API ( https://wmspanel.com/nimble/api#toggler=8 ) to remove the content older than specified time (check older_than parameter).

Thank Max. I would like to know too If there a way to export DVR content in MP4, FLV files. Or if you have some prediction of the recording feature in MP4 in the future.
