Loop DVR recorded file from start/finish (not time)?

Rover 2018-03-31 18:43:25 UTC in WMSPanel functionality

I would like to setup the following scenario:

a) We publish a live stream (which we do once per day), which varies in length from 45 to 60 minutes.

b) when live event is done, I want to loop the playback of that event from start to finish (as opposed to setting a time like 2 hours, which would repeat).

Hope that makes sense.

Possible right out of the box, or would I have to develop something programatically to do this?

Thanks!

What do you mean by " (as opposed to setting a time like 2 hours, which would repeat)." ?
IF you just want to repeat live event it's really clear but your note is not clear unfortunately.

Sorry. Yes, just want to repeat the event. Until the next live event, at which point then the new one would be repeated.

You cannot do that directly with Nimble.
But you can publish event with ffmpeg.
If you need to get particular range you can follow http://blog.wmspanel.com/2015/11/dvr-time-range-fragments-epg.html
Usually clients just point viewer to dvr archive and users see event and able to rewind it if necessary. You case is not typical and not implemented. I'm sorry

Gothca, thanks. Do you know (or have a list of) any developers with Nimble experience who could implement something for me? I have this and a couple of other things I'd like to contract out.

Thanks!

You may contact companies from selected integrators list: https://wmspanel.com/integrate , they should help with your needs.
