Input without video/audio codec

Hi,

I'm using AWS medialive to transcode and I stream to my server with RTMP, but it has not video and audio codec.

But nevertheless, If I stream to a service how youtube I can see the video and listen audio

Nimble supports H.264 video with AAC or MP3 audio for RTMP, if you're using this codecs and still have issue with it - please submit support ticket via https://wmspanel.com/help and provide all details - if possible, capture traffic between AWS and Nimble with Wireshark or tcpdump and provide pcap file.
