How to use Nimble Streamer in a private network

The installation instructions states that I need to get a "WMSPanel account", and that I must use this account during installation.
As I'm considering using Nimble Streamer in a private network, with no internet Connection, this poses a problem.
Does anybody know if Nimble Streamer can be installed without an internet connection?

You can install it all by itself from the package, without registering in WMSPanel. You can control its behavior via config files.
