Getting problems with VOD re-streaming

Please need some help, we are seeing a lot of: [tmux1] E: releasing fragment=0 with ref_count_=0 key='xx.mp4'
We have a nimble streaming Edge server running with 128GB RAM, 32 Cores, getting the files from a nginx http server with the same network with a 1Gbps connection.
If we play the files from the edge server it works great, but when using a http remote server as source it takes longer to load the videos and we keep a lot of buffering issues.

Hello Don Pec,
Please file a support request from https://wmspanel.com/help page and provide server configuration info (server name in WMSPanel and config options in nimble.conf) so that we could analyze the issue.
