Getting Live Streams output to Youtube

Mai 2022-07-13 18:06:38 UTC in Nimble Streamer

Hi, I have some SRT streams setup and outputting in my Live Streams tab that I can see in WMSpanel UI. I wanted to see how I could send it to my Youtube channel Live. I've followed the instructions in this post (https://blog.wmspanel.com/2015/08/live-stream-broadcast-youtube-nimble.html), but I don't want to use Larix Broadcaster. I want to push a stream I've got outputting in my Live Streams tab. What would I need to do to get it to push to Youtube? I have created a RTMP republishing rule, but not sure how to input my Source app and Source Stream that would possibly be able to point to the Youtube destination.

Hi,
your Source app and Source stream should be SRT stream name in you case. E.g if your SRT stream in the panel is "live/srt" then Source app is "live" and Source stream is "srt".
All the rest should be setup as in https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-B6hYX-Z59h4/XlXrVFe_f2I/AAAAAAAACmw/ZN1LqUTKsGoa7TvQjOzPIyTCfBRo3MHmQCLcBGAsYHQ/s400/NSsetup-3.jpg

You don't have to use larix of course.

Ah, I see! Thank you so much for the help! I was able to get it going with the Source app and Source stream adjustments. Thank you very much! :)

Hi, I had another question relating to this. I have multiple outputs using Live Transcoder that created ABR ladder. How can I then send them over to Youtube? Because in outgoing streams it'll have separate stream names with respective output quality. ex: I have some source_240, source_480, and source_720, created from one input from Transcoder. How do I send them together now to one Youtube Live event?

Hi,

Can you please send more details to https://wmspanel.com/help so we could follow up there?
