I have many message like that
[2015-12-29 16:47:36 P23615-T23638] [mpeg2tscamera] E: add_chunk failed to allocate item size=4514068
and video is freeze and crash.
What does it mean Ρ„and how i can stop this?

Hello Alexander,
Having "add_chunk failed to allocate item" message in logs means that your server has not enough cache to store live streams chunks, please allocate more RAM for it. You can also disable one of protocols (e.g. DASH) if you're not using it, this should also save space.
