Can't use my domain for output streams

i mean i have domain with example.com pointed to nimble server.
For example:
assume my output stream is
1.1.1.1:8081/APP/Stream1/playlist.m3u8
i tried to use the stream with my domain
but
example.com:8081/APP/Stream1/playlist.m3u8
is not working.

Do you have connection timeout or some error like 403 Forbidden or 404 Not found? Does URL with IP work?
Please check that example.com really resolves into 1.1.1.1 using nslookup command.
If it resolves correctly but you can't access it with domain name - please sumbit support ticket via https://wmspanel.com/help and provide your server details.
