Can I insert ad prerolls in HLS stream with Nimble?

I need to republish HLS stream and add a commercial pre-roll (that is, some selected VOD). Can I achive this with Nimble streamer and its API?

We haven't implemented anything specific to SSAI at the moment.

maybe preroll can be with video player playlist?

e.g., flowplayer has excellent javascript API, can probably use it to change video sources and playlist dynamically and things.
