Assistance with setting up NDI output

We are currently testing a transcoder scenario to output a stream as NDI, but I think I must be doing something wrong in the set up.

I have tested with both an RTSP stream for the 'video source' in the scenario, and also an 'MPEGTS In' HLS stream as the 'video source'. But when I run the 'nimble_ndi' command on the server, I get the message "Found no NDI sources".

We have an active transcoder license installed on the server.

I have gone through the documentation and video guides but I can't seem to get the NDI output to work - any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
