Adding a second server as CDN

Hello could someone please point me in the right direction how to set up another server to use as a load balancer? because i can only make 40 connections to my m3u playlist so how can i add another server withought making it 80 connections?

You can configure origin server (that users will request media from) and several edge servers behind it.
