unable to view webrtc stream from outside local network (lan)

Jeff Bartko 2024-02-02 06:05:37 UTC in Nimble Streamer

I have several streams which can be viewed as hls, sldp, and whep.
I can view all of them from my local network, but when I try from outside the network, the whep stream will not play.
I believe I have all the appropriate ports forwarded through the router. Here's an example:
The following streams all play correctly when i'm on the lan side of router (using the wmspanel sample player):

1. wss://streamer1.barnbabywatch.com/bfsgh/driveway
2. https://streamer1.barnbabywatch.com/bfsgh/driveway/playlist.m3u8
3. https://streamer1.barnbabywatch.com/bfsgh/driveway/whep.stream

When I'm outside the local network, they all play correctly (using the wmspanel sample player)
EXCEPT number 3 - the webrtc stream. it will not play.
https, port 443 is open correctly since stream 1 and 2 play just fine.

Is there a port, or config setting I'm missing? I'm stumped.

Thanks for any help.

Figured it out. Needed to use 1to1 NAT on the router.
