with nimble stramer can i enter with an srtp stream and transform it into webrtc?
To have a low latency what computer do you recommend?

Nimble doesn't support srtp protocol.
Please find a list of supported protocols and codecs on the following page:https://softvelum.com/nimble/codecs/
We do not recommend any hardware to purchase, but for low latency purchasing a capable computer is not a crucial point. The point for WebRTC's low latencies is a low latency network and reliable UDP packet delivery between peers.
