Nimble Streamer supports all major RTMP streaming scenarios: https://wmspanel.com/nimble/rtmp
So this use case shouldn't be a problem.
Could you please specify the exact requirements for YouTube live broadcast, if any?

For example to run my Live broadcast on Youtube, I must state in Nimble Streamer settings:
1. stream name
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. url server
rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2
but how and where should I apply these settings in Nimble Streamer ?

Nimble cannot pull stream from Youtube. It can publish to youtube

I don't know if this is in your scope. But i would like to know if a live stream from youtube can be played on VLC?
