is playlist just a premium feature?

Hello, i'm trying to configure a playlist on my nimble streamer trial and do note have success... I know it says that I need Transcoder, but is not a block feature as I saw... can anyone give me a help

Hello Danilo, Transcoder license is required for the 'server playlist' feature to be operational.
Transcoder license can not be provided for a Trial period.
