Yes, you can use them on the same machine since they would be running on separate ports.
This will still offload Wowza instance and will put the heavy duty on Nimble.

At the moment Nimble runs on all system interfaces so you can't run it on separate IPs and same port with Wowza. Please use the method suggested above - split Nimble and Wowza by ports.
