My clients are experiencing extensive buffering while streaming a mp4 video via windows media player. Client's location and our nimber streaming server is connected via a 25MB network trunk, however at another remote office location where the network is 100MB, they don't experience any buffering or delay.
Any advice please?
It sounds like a bandwidth issue, not Nimble's. Please contact your system administrator for clarification.
Let me added, the usage of network at the time of excessive buffering is less than half of it (~10MB).
Please launch a ticket at wmspanel.com/help, name your server and attach bandwidth usage screenshots from your monitoring system for both networks.
