WMSAuth not working properly

The PHP is working well and working when I am on the same network of the server.
However it doesn't work when I using 4G and other network.
On the control panel, I only set password and leave other option blank.

based on the FAQ.
Stream is available, Time is correct, password is valid as I am able to view in internal network with signature, and IP address of user is also correct

Hi,
most probably ip addres changes during playback session - please check faq about how to setup wmsauth logs to make sure it's your case.

May be you access to your web site from internal network and your page get viewer ip from internal network and sign link for it and then you use 4g with different ip
