Some Dispersa Server fails to check stream availability

A couple of hours ago, I set up wmsAuth Paywall and set dispersa IP address range according to this guide http://blog.wmspanel.com/2014/05/paywall-allow-list-dispersa-checkpoints.html
But, after few hours, San Fransisco and London still fails to check stream availability while the other servers works fine.

Hello,
Current IP addresses of our checkpoints are:
London: 178.62.57.189
Amsterdam: 146.185.139.54
New York: 162.243.216.185
San Fransisco: 104.131.143.22
Singapore: 128.199.251.184
You may also find latest IP addresses any tine by running
nslookup video.wmspanel.com
