Nimble server not showing in Icecast add URL

Hi,
I can see the server on the live stream set up page servers list, but when I try to add new URL under Icecast/Shoutcast settings, the servers list is empty under "Apply to the following Nimble Streamer servers:"
I tried re-registering the server with no change. Nimble streamer log file on the server says "E: was not able to connect any interface specified."
I'm using the default 8081 port, it is opened on the firewall.
