Nimble server not installed

I am trying to create a VOD streaming route. I have installed the nimble streamer successfully but when creating a route on step 2 "Select edge servers:" It says "you have no nimble streamer installed" yet it is installed and visible in the "servers" page. I am unable to create the route. Can assist on debugging this?

Hello,
If you see your server in grey color status in servers list, this means you need to re-start it in order to start working with it.
