Nimble Windows Server-Side tasks-control Question

I have installed Nimble Streamer windows version, and i am trying to start some tasks via ffmpeg, but all i get is stopped, i already set enable_tasks = true, what is the proper way to do that in windows? i am doing like that:
c:\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg -f hls -i http://.......
if i use that command local using the windows console, works fine.
I have 3 servers more linux based, and all of them works fine using the Server-side tasks-control.

Unfortunately server-side tasks are not supported for Windows version.
