Need support to set up RTSP-->DASH

I have read that Nimble streamer is capable of converting a live RTSP stream to MPEG-DASH, however I'm struggling to set this thing up on wmspanel. I have followed the guide "transmuxes RTSP into HLS and DASH" but when I go to the settings for the outgoing streams it redirects me to the previous setting page (the incoming settings where I added my local RTSP stream) is it normal? Also wmspanel always shows me "No data available in table" even if the RSTP stream is running on the server
