Microsoft Stream compatibility

Hi,
Was wondering if there is any possibility of Nimble Streamer being able redistribute a live broadcast from Microsoft Stream as the source? Microsoft don't appear to have any options around internal distribution of Microsoft Stream streams, and therefore each viewer will pull down an individual copy of the stream from the cloud.
