MP4 files encoded with ffmpeg won't stream using HLS

Hi,

We're planning on migrating from Adobe FMS to Nimble Streamer. We signed up for a free WMSPanel trial and installed Nimble on our development server.

The sample file that's packed with the software, is being streamed to our client just fine. The problem however, are the files that we encoded with our own software. We've used Adobe FMS's HLS implementation and tried Wowza, both systems streamed our files perfectly using HLS. But as soon as we use Nimble, the files won't play. For example:

- The file we are using to test (which we "encoded" ourselves using ffmpeg) can be found at: http://nrlc017.digitalbrain.nl/streaming/test.mp4
- The stream URL is: http://nrlc017.digitalbrain.nl:8081/vod/test.mp4/playlist.m3u8
- JWPlayer configured to play the HLS stream can be found at: http://nrlc017.digitalbrain.nl/streaming/index.html

Can you perhaps help us? Are our files not supported or are we missing something trivial?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards, Matthias
