M3U8 Link cannot playable on mobile device

Hi, i using RTMP Published to HLS, using OBS encoder. and output http://***.***.**.**:8081/***/live/playlist.m3u8 with JW Player 8 work normal on PC but not work on mobile device.
How to Fix it?
