Is Nimble / WMSPanel suitable for an e-learning project?

Let's suppose that we need to build an e-learning platform for a university, where only registered people can watch lessons on a Video-On-Demand basis.
Is the combination of Nimble and WMSPanel suitable for such a project? My guess is yes, but I would like confirmation.

Yes, it's should be suitable, but you will need to write your own handler that will authorize viewers, please read more about that: https://wmspanel.com/nimble/pay_per_view
