I can't download Nimble Streamer Installer for Windows

I try to download Nimble Streamer Installer for Windows here.
'wmspanel.com/nimble/install#os_windows'
I was click 'Download Nimble Streamer installer' button and URL address change immediately to this address.
'nimblestreamer.com/windows/NimbleStreamerSetup-3.7.2-5-x86_64.exe'
But there is no download. Just only nginx server 403 forbidden error.
Has Nimble Streamer Installer for Windows been deprecated?
