How to stream live on Nimble Streamer?

Dear Nimble Streamer Community:
I just sign on with Nimble Streamer. I have no idea on where to start. I have installed the software a number of times on my windows computer each time the process failed. Technical support is very quick to answer my message, but the level of detail they provided is for tech savvy.
Here is what I did: I signed for addenda. I paid $ 50. But before I was able to sign for addenda, I had to pay a separate $35 which I don't really understand what is it for.
Here is what I would like:
I would like to play my pre-recorded videos live on Roku, AmazonTVFire, Facebook, and YouTube. I want to be able to add videos on Roku and AmazonTVfire.
Also, I have couple guys who are streaming live on YouTube and facebook. I want them to be able to do those live on Roku and AmazonTVFire using the platform provided by Nimble streamer.
It seems like the addenda was not the right tool for me. I should have chose encoder.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me with that please..
The software seems to be very good. I just don't know how to use it properly. Its a little complicated.
