How far the support helps setting up Server - with Subscription

I am totally new to streaming on the web, even though i am a webdeveloper. I have a future project where i need to create a twitch like platform for other purpose than game streaming but with equal functionality. If i would pay for a subscription, hor far the support goes for setting up the server? On frontend side it would'nt be any trouble for me, it is just difficult getting started with Web Streaming when you never used any media servers before.

support will not help with setting up the server. You can easily do that on your own.
Support will analyze correctly reported problems if you find something.
