Finding the shortest physical distance: Server - Customer

We are planning to add two new servers in Germany and Netherland (i mean, one server is located in Germany and the other one in Netherland) to offer the "Video on demand" service to our customers in Europe.
Can you help me find the way that a request coming from "X" country ,for example Italy, reaches the nearest server ("nearest server" i mean that the request must describe the shortest physical distance server - customer).

but it can't help me resolve the problem, because i can't classify the requests by the country or IP address of the customers.
Can you help me please?

Hello Eralda,
At the moment we don't provide balancing like this. You should use third-party balancing solutions.
