Failed to install transcoder on ubuntu 22.04

Hello, i tried to install the transcoder following the instructions here. https://softvelum.com/transcoder/install but i got this error on
sudo apt-get install nimble-transcoder

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

nimble-transcoder : Depends: libnppicc11 but it is not installable

I've installed nimble streamer and it runs fine, only the transcoder is giving me this error.

Please check why libnppicc11 is not installable, run "apt install libnppicc11" and show the output.

Please try adding to the repo list:
deb http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ jammy main restricted universe multiverse

Thanks, here's the following steps i did to get it to install

1.sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
2. add this at the bottom
deb http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ jammy main restricted universe multiverse
3. sudo apt update
4. sudo apt-get install nimble-transcoder
