How can one get Nimble Streamer to stream h264 video which comes out of FFmpeg?

E.g if you have local file sample.mp4 and setup rtmp interface + login and password your command may look like this
ffmpeg -re -i sample.mp4 -vn -c copy -f flv rtmp://login:password@127.0.0.1/live/stream
