Q: I can see VAT charged in my subscription payment. My company is in European Union and has VAT ID, how can we avoid paying VAT?

A: Please contact orders@fastspring.com and specify your order ID and VAT ID so FastSpring could adjust your subscription and refund latest paid VAT.
