Do not acquire mic in video only mode

In some cases, the user might want to perform phone call in another app while streaming video-only. If larix broadcaster use mic in video-only mode, the mic will be occupied and there is no point of doing so.
Maybe there could be an dummy mic option or completely disable mic option.
