Config: VOD chunk duration

In some cases an admin needs to set chunk duration different from default value. This is where an optional vod_chunk_duration parameter is used. You may set amount of seconds for VOD chunks from 1 to 50. Example:
vod_chunk_duration = 3
Once parameter is set, re-start Nimble

Hello, this setting is not working or I am using it incorrectly.
I broadcast VOD using HLS (in VideoJS), and I want to reduce the duration of the fragments. How can i do this?
I did vod_chunk_duration = 1 in nimble.conf, but my chunks still haven't changed.
