Can't start the Nimble Streamer Server, it gives an error 193

Like I got this after I already tried reinstalling it:

Welcome to WMSPanel Nimble Streamer registration utility.
This program will update 'C:\Program Files\Nimble Streamer/conf/nimble.conf' file with your server's wmspanel credentials.

Some things are in the Dutch language

Same thing when I try net start command:

*** is geen geldige Win32-toepassing.

It says system error 193

It maybe has something to do when copying 32 bit DLL's onto an x64 system but that sounds a bit weird

Let me try installing onto another windows installation.

I suggest you raise a ticket at wmspanel.com/help as we may request some sensitive information on your installation.
I doubt the error is about 32/64bit version of libraries.
Meanwhile, have you tried to install Nimble on another version of Windows 10, e.g. English only or any other build of Windows 10?
Please also attach nimble.log file to the request.
