Calculating Max connected viewers

Hi.
I have a server with 1gbps speed.
I will stream without transcoding, at 1025kbps fixed for all's.
I have setup global bandwidth limit to 0,9gbps.
But how to calculate the maximum number of connected users ?
Testing with a number of 100 fake viewers I see that the bandwidth usage is not 100mbps but can reach 240mbps at top high and after go down...
What could be the correct way to calculate the correct maximum numbers , also calculating the network overhead?

Hello, Josef.
Every case and every load is individual and there's no easy way to handle it just by calculations. Trial and error is the only way to estimate it. Please also consider 20% of your resources should be free for the unexpected workload.
