Bulk ABR / wildcard / multiple streams setup

I have 40 channels.
Is there any way to make ABR for all of them at the same time?
To make things worse, I also will have 1 ABR stream with high, medium ,low for "Gold" level members on my website.
and for some users just have medium and low ABR stream, for people who don't upgrade for high quality.
This means I have to set up 80+ ABR streams!
