Block Download video (VOD), with IDM or DownloadHelper

Hello, I can block the videos mp4, against download?
I want to block users to download my videos, are using all my server.

With our products you may allow HLS (m3u8) streams and deny progressive download at the same time. You need to create 2 separate rules as part of WMSAuth hotlinking protection.

I think you got it wrong.
I've configured the hotlink protection. I need to block the download of the video, you know?
I do not want people using the IDM of Download Helper to download my videos.

You may stream the file in m3u8 - which is HLS - and forbid access to files download. WMSPanel can do that.
E.g. this
http://ip/vod/example.mp4/playlist.m3u8
will be playing but this
http://ip/vod/example.mp4
will not.

However, the M3U8 does not show the video loading.
Already mp4 shows.
Its possible, enable video loading in HLS?

For HLS (m3u8) you need a web player which is capable of HLS, like JWPlayer.

but even so, it does not show the video loading.
