its possible make ABR (3 different bitrates) to 1 source rtmp?

Hi Tomas,
To create 3 bitrates from 1 RTMP stream, you need to use transcoder. This feature set is not yet available in Nimble.
You can use third-party software for that, like Wowza or ffmpeg. You can use out server-side task management feature set to control tools like ffmpeg: http://blog.wmspanel.com/2014/10/server-tasks-web-management.html
